Unwinding is a softening process of release. In this call we will bring our energies together and allow for a deep slowing down and listening in through the physical. We will let our bodies instruct us and guide us, taking nourishment in stillness and sisterhood. Full moon shines her light on our capacity to listen to our own needs and to let go of everything that we no longer need as we turn into the darkest part of the year.

This is a deeply feminine, deeply Yin time in nature, and we follow her lead. Can we step out of the chaos and into the river of silence that flows beneath it all – and can we do that together? This is an invitation to connect and self nourish; two integral aspects of TreeSisters that proceed action.

Unwinding into Rest - TreeSisters December Full Moon Meditation

The winter months are nature's resting time. They are the deep in-breath if we allow ourselves to stop and listen to our bodies; the time needed to integrate change, refuel and reboot the system. If we run straight over the top of nature's rhythm then we miss the profound gift of re-connection to self that is more available in darkness. This re-connection can help us to re-calibrate our energies, lean back into the wisdom of our own system and step forward renewed from a place of deeper knowing and felt certainty.
 
Leaning into the darkness is an intimate journey of embracing the mystery that is the essence of the Feminine Principle. This full moon meditation is a chance to lean back into more conscious relationship with the mystery within you - out of which all knowing, clarity and creativity arises. This is profound relaxation, self discovery, surrender and intimacy, held within the shared support of the global sisterhood. Our togetherness provides the doorway, our willingness provides the key, and our longing to feel more and more connected is the tide that rises and carries us into greater communion with ourselves, each other and the sacred feminine essence that lives, breaths and nourishes us all.

This is our first fully experiential journey around the Map of 5 Choices that underpins every aspect of the TreeSisters campaign. Doing this process can change your whole perception of life - linking the feminine principle to both climate change and its healing, and will certainly deepen your experience and understanding of TreeSisters. It's like sowing a seed into your body and heart that is designed to generate more soul based creativity and feminine wisdom. You will need 5 cushions laid out in a circle so that when you lie down like a star fish, your hands, feet and head are each on a cushion. Turn off your phone and discover...

'Walking the Map' : embodying the 5 choices and exploring inner balance

This is a way of feeling into what you are ready to let go of in your life that holds you back,  and what is ready to be birthed and nurtured through you in support of your fullest self expression and vital life. If you need a change, a boost or a shift of gear then this is for you. It is a whole process that needs to be fully engaged in, so turn off your phone and ensure that you wont be interrupted for at least 40 minutes. It will take you deep, and your state will be altered afterwards, so no leaping up to drive!! Prepare to relax, to discover and to open....xxC

Rebirth And Nurture Meditation using the Map of 5 Choices

Blossoming Tree is an experiential journey into our own relationship with sharing ourselves, with beauty, with shining and allowing ourselves simply to feel our own softness without closing down or hardening up. This is tough for so many of us, but a muscle that can grow when holding hands and feeling safe in our own space.

This meditation is a doorway into the feeling world of deep feminine abundance and opening, and then the energies of sharing ourselves from that place. 

Can we honor it in ourselves, and can we acknowledge and celebrate it in each other?

How does it feel to allow our own energies to be supported by the gloriously verdant and celebratory energies of spring?

This is perhaps the most potent of our meditations yet - leaning into natures energies at their fullest - full moon and full sun of summer solstice combined, as forces calling us into our magnificence. Life’s energies are peaking, thriving and flourishing – lending their unconditional support for our own experience of fullness. 

This is another embodied journey around the TreeSisters map - using the 5 choices as access points for our own intuition and physical knowing. Together we will feel for what prevents our fullness in each area, and soften those holdings – and then step full bodied into the potential of each area. 

We will listen deeply, move gently and be permission for each other.

TreeSisters Like A Tree Meditation

Activate your energies and balance your system with the TreeSister map meditation...

This is a 20 minute journey through the shadow and light maps that underpin every aspect of our work. This is a very deep, healing and activating meditation that is designed to bring your resistance to consciousness so that its stuck energy can start to move and move into service to the flow of healthy energy that wants to be in alignment with life. Starting with contraction and then moving into expansion, this meditation is dynamic, catalytic and provocative. If you want to take action but feel held back then this is for you. 

This process needs to be experienced in full, not left half way through. It is 'U' shaped, dipping into shadow then rising back into light, so please take the time to give the whole thing to yourself, so that you can experience the full benefit of it.
