LauterBach - The Flying Classroom (Downtempo-Mix)

After more than a year, I've finally recorded a new downtempo set and I'm really excited to share this mix that I've put together over several months with you.

It has a particularly sentimental value to me due to the classic intro from the "Flying Classroom"-soundtrack that fascinated me in my childhood.
However, the mix develops more and more into a deep and powerful story, which towards the end, with many technoid elements. It's definitely suitable for the dance floor, I guess.

≈ Seasidetrip 94 ≈ into the wild ≈ Lauterbach ≈

Ahoy, ihr Rabauken und Meerungfrauen.
Das Novemberwetter hat von mild bis ungemütlich bisher alles in Petto und hält uns NachtEin.TagAus auf Trab. Die See wird zusehends rauer und Poseidon lässt seine Wellen höher herauf peitschen und zudem schickt uns der zottelige, halbnackte Meeresgott auch noch dunkle, tief hängende Wolken entgegen. Die Tage sind also zu kurz, um sich an den wenigen Sonnenstrahlen zu erfreuen und somit wird die Crew weinerlicher - da hilft nur ein Machtwort von eurem Käpt’n https://soundcloud.com/rolandson und ein musikalischer Kajütenschunkler von Smutje https://www.soundcloud.com/lauterbach , damit hier wieder ein wohlwollendes Grinsen und ein geschmeidiges Miteinander einkehren, welches dann sogleich den grauen November-Alltag vergessen macht.

Dem LauterBach sein Mix, so zitiere ich ihn » ist eine roadstory zu See, die den Weg durch die wilden Täler der aufbrausenden Wellen wiedergibt.« TjaHa, eine Seereise ist anfangs meist entspannt und wird mit zunehmenden Winden und Stürmen eben aber auch immer härter. Das versucht der Frischling an Bord mit groovigen Nummern zum Ausdruck zu bringen, da »die aber alle ihre Besonderheiten haben, wird es eine interessante Reise. Eine Reise, die hoffentlich nie langweilig wird.« Nö, das ist sie nun wirklich nicht. Aye, macht euch euer eigenes audiotones Bild davon.
