Did you ever have seen the footage of early '92 progressive house parties at the beaches of Bali? That hazy sunset, big soundsystems build up next to the ocean and a crowd clomplete in sync with nature and rhythm? Us neither but @gerlee-merlee latest Mix for our Movement13 Mix Series is indeed taking us there. Gerlee is a pioneer and icon when it comes to the young and flourishing Mongolian techno scene. She has played everything from underground parties in Ulaanbaatar to dusty desert festivals. She recently co-founded the record label Angry Dog, so there will be even more output to be expected from her in the future. No Matter if '92 Bali Progessive Parties were a thing or not - her blend of trancey and progressive house and techno tracks is kickin off 2023 in style and we are happy to have her over.
