direkt aus dem hotdub voll auf dubstanz auf den dancefloor hinter der sauna gestolpert. feine klänge wabern wie dubschwaden, der bass tropft von den körpern und irgendwo zwischen schwitzen und schwoofen fanden wir den flow, der uns in luftige höhen trug. 

nicht so langsam wie sonst und doch entschleunigende spa dubmosphäre.

After 15 years of collecting music, there are a lot of tracks don’t ever find a home on a dance floor.. they don’t need to, they are for other purposes.. for mellow afternoons, moonlit nights in the garden or cozy couch sessions with rain drops knocking on the windows. They are the kind of tracks that are discovered while endless digging sessions on Bandcamp, or they pop up when riding my bike home, and they make me stop at the side of the street since I want to save them and throw them into my big dreamy track pool.
Here’s my current selection of these tracks, all weaved into a continuous story. A mellow, soft and slow story.. one that hopefully takes you to all these places that I envision, when I listened to them for the first time. Enjoy 💫

Opening the Funky Float stage Friday afternoon at this year’s Mystic Creatures Festival under my house alias "liquid luve" was a humbling and beautiful time to play. From stage design to technical setup, as well as the welcoming and open attitude of the lovely dancers and crew – it was pure bliss to experience front row. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Even though the recording has its wobbly moments, I know I will hold this memory dearly. <3 <3 <3

liquid luve - Funky Float - Mystic Creatures Festival 2025

Closing sets are always special. For some reason, this one felt a bit extra special. 
On this beautiful monday afternoon in the Creatures Corner of Mystic Creatures Festival 2025, we had the honour once again. During epic 3 hours, with bits of rain and many moments of sunshine, many kisses and hugs were exchanged, there were loads of laughing faces and a few tears on the dancefloor. While the birds were forming on the sky for a final dance before moving south, the crowd was pulsating in their last big wave of dancing energy, at the end of about 100 hours of music, surrounded by sparkly bubbles and mystical fog. At one point, the giant cauldron in the middle of the floor, that spit bubbles in the day and fire at night, started to overflow with mountains of foam, that was flying through the air and over the dancefloor like fluffy clouds  while people were smudging themselves - the whole scene became so bizarre in a hilarious way - we will certainly never forget this!
We are deeply grateful to all of you on the floor, our loved ones and friends, and of course the whole mystic crew. 
What a wonderful vibe we created together!

Laut & Luise is a Music Lovers Club from Berlin && Cologne

Laut & Luise releases carefully selected music on vinyl, individually touched and underlined by a special and characteristic artwork in order to give back at least some love.

Luise herself provides dance music, calm and dubby, still with a definite focus on house and techno.

Aside from the main label, our younger imprint Luettje Luise is meant to be a playground for sounds beyond genres and borders, trying to stay open-minded like daddy Ernst Jandl was.

What is the opposite of little? Lost. A new little sub by Laut & Luise, limited to nothing but a digital playback device and labeled with a mouse crafted artwork. Lost in Luise, for the digital natives and the internet explorers.
