Dispatch Limited welcomes Ezor to the label for this four track EP. This rising Russian talent has been making waves since his first release in 2018 and has been developing his sound with a wide range of releases on a variety of labels since.

Written during the lockdown as a way to handle isolation, Ezor focussed his energy on music production. The inspiration quickly grew into these four tracks, the mood of mild panic and unrest informing the title track of the EP ‘Stay Easy’ – a reminder to stay calm and regroup in times of unease.

Packed full of energy and unique flavour, this is an exceptional debut EP for the label. With deep, rolling bass, punctuated with clever vocal samples and crisp drum work Ezor makes an impressive first outing for Dispatch Limited.

“Rapido…Rapido…Rapido…”. These were the words that echoed throughout the aluminum-clad walls of a vast underground complex populated almost entirely by beings made of circuitry and wires that spoke not in response to the utterances of the installation’s sole human inhabitant. Instead, the synthetic lifeforms went about their tasks unperturbed by the odd sounds that emanated from within the deepest portions of the laboratory wherein lurked a singular organic mind which lead the project with a fervor that could only be born from the human psyche.

“There simply must be a way to break through the barrier,” came the next set of words from within, this time contained within a full sentence. The robots noticed not, continuing about their tasks as the great particle accelerator within began to thrum with a cold electric life all of its own. Slowly, the accelerator began to draw power not only from the facility’s reserves but from the very kinetic energy of the planet’s rotation itself, a colossal source of energy yet untapped in this way for fear of the unforeseen consequences that might lay beyond its use. The machine glowed with a blue heat for a moment under the influx of all of this power, which amassed itself behind a single particle locked in stasis at absolute zero within the ammunition chamber.

“RAPIDO!” came one final shout alongside the clanging of a metallic switch being thrown with gusto as the hypothermic lock on that singular particle was dispelled. In an instant, the energy buildup behind that particle was released, sending the minuscule speck of matter rocketing through the universe at faster than light speeds that set it tearing through the fabric of space-time as it traveled.

I (Julien) will always remember the first time I heard "Stigma". It was at Electromind in 2008 and it was like taking a train at full speed in my face.
So having the opportunity to remix this classic tune 14 years later is like "une madeleine de Proust” for me. We didn't want to go on just an update of the track as it's already perfect, but more like rewriting everything to give heady and esoteric sensations.

(Nicolas) " Stigma " still has been one of my favorite songs . 
The first time I heard this track I couldn't believe it, I thought perfection had been reached. 
So having the opportunity to remix this monster is almost unreal for me. 
We really wanted to reappropriate the song and we hope you will like our vision. 

Quite a journey in a shamanic world, thanks to Noisia for letting us do it!
