new track released on dualside's "the double down vol. 3" compilation!

there's actually quite a bit of meaning to this song, i made it for my final project in music theory for school. although i didn't have a lot of time to perfect a lot of the sounds and execution but i'm still really proud of the ideas i got to put down.

this song symbolizes the way i felt about the end of school coming up. my senior year of highschool wascoming to an end, and it felt like it was happening much too quick. all of my final projects for school i poured my heart and soul into because i felt like i needed to, i felt like i hadn't done enough. 



the beginning of the song symbolizes the sudden realization that all of the years i've spent in school were coming to an end, and that i may never get to see these people who i've spent nearly my whole life with ever again. it made me so sad. i wasn't ready for things to be over.

the middle section symbolizes the shift in mood when i started to realize how great everything i did was, and how feeling sad wasn't the right way to feel if i wanted to truly move on.

the big drop part of the song is me becoming happy about everything that happened. it shows how all of these great memories i have make me feel when i'm thinking about them, and how they always will be there. i'm truly happy i got to experience everything that i did.
