“Once Again” was released last year on Phoria‘s debut Bloodworks EP, and since, the UK outfit has been releasing some stunning material, but for the Rotterdam-based house producer, Layzie, timeliness is of no importance, as we find his alleviating touch added to the once downtempo affair. Through vocal pitch-shifting, shakers, and slow builds all integrated into the classical house-kick, we find a remix that builds boldly on the original without smothering it in a load of cacophony. Born in the 90's ,Layzie, also known as Michel, grew up listening to a broad range of music.
He quickly discovered Hip-Hop and RnB, which you can still hear in his own productions.
