In a very rare stroke of creative and musical genius, I ended up playing this and went 'This shit fire'. It ended with me recording this. It's sloppy and unrefined, but I'm sure I can find some way to incorporate this into a proper song at some point. Or maybe I won't, just like with every other riff in this serious.

Riff 5 (Of Many)

A pretty pathetic and lazy attempt to make jazz. Just been listening to a lot of that stuff lately, and it's while it's been really inspiring, and I have the technical ability, I struggle to find what exactly makes it all click.

RIff of Many  (I've Lost Count)

Only made to see if I had the ability to write out a simple progression. It didn't go well.

A short test of my writing abilties.

I came down with bronchitis and an ear infection, and in my bored and nauseous stupor, I came up with something equally nauseous. There are drums, but I buried them for no real reason. I also abused my whammy bar during this, giving my worst Kevin Shields impression.

I am strangely proud of this. Sadly, I go back to school and work tomorrow, and those two things have been eating my time alive, so the two days I got off for being ill have paid off. Have a good morning, day, evening, and or night.

Mole Day!

I'm really proud of this one. A simple metal track made in about 4 hours. Yes, I don't know how this took that long, but it did.

I'm starting to work on adding drums again, but this time I'm attempting to keep everything in time so it isn't all wonky. Just a small sample of what I'm attempting to do.

Very messy and loud, mixed like shit, but we ball. Listening back, I pretty much remade part of the riff from Billy Squire's "Lonely is The Night" and just made it up from there. Recorded early in the morning after closing at work. I'm actually proud of this one, until I go to listen to it in a week, and I'm disgusted with it.
