My synthesizer can also make this gull-like sound. I had no idea what to add to the song. This song is nice. You can freely handle synths and achieve the sound make-up you want.

Not your everyday techno -  this experimental  delivers sonic fluxes  that are simply out of the galaxy.. Synths phasing, hitting the right notes from analogue patching wires everywhere.
Bend a few circuits, throw in more patches  and ...
Pulsating, rising, falling, phasing...then the pounding of some alien-like mallets or percussive patch. 

You need to know how to make it sound right. so its music and not a noise 
Maybe  pass it through the mangler as well to really  bring out that pounding.. 
This could be a union between  Dr WHO and  The Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy-   techno style!
