Victor Kiktenko, known by his stage name Module One (@moduleone_music), is a Russian-born and Berlin-based electronic music producer and DJ. Being a teenager he travels to the US as a student and presents his radio show Emotions on WMRS 107.7FM (Monticello, IN) where he plays different kinds of modern electronic music for the Midwest audience. Following the radio debut Victor starts producing and playing music under different aliases which later on result in the formation of a new one called Module One. 
The past releases of Module One include albums on Detroit Underground and Fauxpas Musik, EPs on The Bricks, LumieresLaNuit, Another, Modular Expansion, Modelhart, Motech, Thema, Uncage, collaborative records for E-Beamz, Lost Palms, Shall not Fade, Dial as well as tracks for various compilations on labels like Propaganda, Shall not Fade, Traum, etc

同じ町に生まれたGiuseppeとSergioはミラノに移り音楽活動を始める。レーベルが彼らのプロダクションに興味を持ち、2012年、Vidab RecordsからファーストEP『A Day』をリリース。その後CurleよりTobiasをフィ－チャーしたEP『Blue Aconite』をリリースし、ヨーロッパ各地からブッキングのオファーを受けるようになる。2014年はDimensions FestivalのPanorama Barやリオデジャネイロでの公演、Vidabからのリリースなど、Hiverにとって重要な年となった。2015年には再びCurle、そしてKann、Appian Sounds、Bokhariからリリース。また2012年から現在までミラノのDude Clubでレジデントを務めている。

-このミックスはどちらで収録したものですか？

ミラノにある僕らのスタジオで、ほぼヴァイナルを使ってレコーディングした。テクニックスのターンテーブル2台とA&H Xone92というベーシックなセットと、Hiverの未発表トラックを含めたデジタル音源用にCDJ1000を使ったよ。


-このミックスのコンセプトを教えてください。

ダンスフロアで、もしくは家で聴きたいって思うレコードをミックスした。今まで盛り上がりを重視したミックスをpodcast用に作ったことは無くて、それよりもスムースなミックスを心がけてる。ハウスとテクノの丁度いいバランスを目指してるんだ。


-最近の活動を教えてください。

機材を新しくしたら新しい音楽への創作意欲が沸いてきて、ここ数ヶ月間スタジオで作業してた。数曲作ったリミックスが来月リリースされることになってる。あと今年CurleからEPをリリースすることも決まってるし、まだ誰にも言えないニュースもいくつかあるよ。

In 2008 Miro Pajic launched his independent label Lazerslut and has released 50 own releases. Over the years many great artists have been remixing his tunes on LS, which include names like Troy Pierce, Tony Rohr, Click Box, [a]pendics.shuffle, Harry Axt, Audio Injection and many more.

For the 60th release and celebrating ten years of Lazerslut, Miro has invited a few friends (and fantastic artists) to contribute to this release.

Luigi Rossi, creator of the „Together In The Dark“ podcast series and events
starts of with his super-groovy and slick „Everything Sex“.

Followed by Alexi Delano, who certainly needs no introduction, with his countless releases on Drumcode, Plus8 or Visionquest. His „To The Unknown“ kicks with mesmerizing and trippy elements in class A quality!

Minimal veteran Billy Dalessandro, who started off years ago on Force Inc., Archipel and later co-operated „Siteholder Records“ delivers a acid-filled „Too School For Cool“ with lots of punch and his typical hypnotic sample bits.

Know for his music on labels like Oslo, Cecille or Get Physical, Ray Okpara, who nowadays runs „Ama Recordings“ gave us his track „Tough Flang“. A no compromise
groove inferno with all the bells and whistles!

Miro’s old label buddy, from the days at Items & Things, Andy Martin has had a transformation in the past couple of years. His „Pleyadian Garden“ moves away from his early minimalistic works. He now has a more surreal UFO-Techno tone for big strobe light floors, still capturing his hypnotic trademark.

Belgrade’s most known vinyl DJ and producer Marko Nastic, who had his Lazerslut debut with „Reflection“ in 2017, supplies us with his excellent „Structure“. Sexy beats, exquisite vocals and his distinctive bass line make this another badass tune!

Label boss Miro Pajic’s signature sound is shown in his „Ritual Pill“, with its seductive sound design and hot beat.

Closing this compilation is „Harald“, a newcomer yet to be discovered. His „cactus“ 
oozes sex appeal, low frequency rumble and driving beats.

PREMIERE: Andy Martin feat. Gavsborg — Plato & Caves (Deadbeat's Hurricane Season Dub) [Mole Audio]

Mexican talent Andy Martin is releasing ‘Orfeo EP’ on Redlight, after his remix of Max Duke’s ‘Echoes’ last July. Three new tracks under an organic techno umbrela, together with a lo-fi house remix by Spanish and Berlin-based artist Gavio (Culprit).

The release opens with ‘Orfeo’. An organic / acid techno track. Both dark and acid sounds flow along the song, while repetitive and hypnotic snare “vibrations” (also on the vocals) are completing the groove full circle.

Second is ‘Apolo’, another organic techno track with loopy minimal sounds and raw sound textures.

Third on the counter we find Gavio’s remix from ‘Orfeo’. With a house music approach, the Spanish artist is twisting the track into lo-fi groove house. A moody bassline, some keys and some classic house pads complete the formula.

The forth and last track is ‘Delfos’, a more experimental techno adventure of the Mexican talent. Big textures in eco, a big “kick driven flow” and some small sound details around it are making game.
