New from @Pornbugs on Sublease is the M 9.12.4. EP - four tracks of tough and groovy deep house from the Bondage Music label heads. This is the second outing on Steven Bug’s Sublease, and the pair get the man himself to flip the title track here. 

The  original M 9.12.4. is a groove heavy, spacey piece of house music with a thick sub bass and trippy synths, while Steve Bug’s version takes it in a more techy direction. 

Additionally, No Denying is a rolling slow burner that grows and grows, while Oblivion completes the EP with more heads-down house full of atmosphere and intent.

Ross Kiser returns to Bondage with four monsters and a Gareth Cole rerub. 

A member of the Colorado underground scene for over a decade, Ross Kiser has built an amazing solo career after stepping away from DJ partnership, Need & Necessity. His trademark polyrhythmic manipulations have frequently seen his tracks in the Beatport top 10, leading to releases with Pitch, Relikt Audio, and UNCANNY.  

First up, ‘Hidden Jungle’ starts with dubby melodics and a catchy beat. Gelatinous bass rounds out the lows and gets those hips moving. Mid way, a series of synths keeps interest piquing while the groove remains front and center.

Steve Kelley roars back into action with a new EP for Steve Bug’s Sublease Music, home of crafty, deep and tech house.  

Kelley is a seasoned DJ and producer with almost 20 years of experience, building a name for himself with a signature sound of combining groove, melody, and deep, chunky house vibes. 

Green Daze is a typically classy - thick, rolling bass with drums you can fully get your teeth into, and sparking synths. 

Closer builds from a lively percussion bed, adding airy synths, driving bass and a nice use of vocal samples to create a real grower. 
Alright is thick and chunky, a heady mix of drums and loopy vocals that builds and builds. 

Colour completes the set, taking the same sound palette and fashioning another absorbing take on Kelley’s unique feel for house.

'Showcase A' delivers a refined collection of four stylish tracks, each crafted by a different artist, yet unified by their high-quality production and distinctiveness.

Opening with Fedo’s 'Tunisian Rex', it immediately strikes you with a sophisticated fusion of house and techno. The track’s smooth, polished sound is anchored by a key bassline, effortlessly guiding the listener through its very enjoyable flow. Following this, Andrey Djackonda & Ovil bring a lively energy with 'Lui Lui'. This song blends upbeat house vibes with playful jazz elements, creating an atmosphere of fun and positive spirit that’s impossible to resist. On the second side, Legit Trip’s 'Skripi Daddy' introduces a deeper, more minimal groove. The track’s busy tech rhythm is skillfully layered with just enough room to then include a melody to elevate it further. Closing the album, Firesc’s 'Left Or Right' offers a techy sound infused with eastern samples. The track’s bouncy bassline and snapping percussion give it a unique, vibrant character that leaves a lasting impression.
