The Soup du Jour

Intro

The Soup Du Jour is the first full-length album that I have personally produced and recorded vocals on as well.  The album covers a variety of styles and topics that I believe will give my listeners a good idea of who I am and some of the things that I have experienced in my life.  "The Soup Du Jour" comes from the idea that there are so many different kinds of songs throughout the project and, when you listen to it you hear something fresh and new every day.  Soup is also something that I ate as a kid whenever I was sick.  It always made me feel better than any medicine and it acted as a home remedy, much like music has helped me cure some of my own problems.  Making this album has inspired me to continue to chase doing something that I love to do and I hope that it will inspire others to do the same.  Enjoy!  -Mr. Cook
