You’ll learn that not everyone is meant to understand you—and that’s okay. That love without respect is manipulation. That silence is powerful, and not every insult deserves a response. That your energy is sacred. That peace costs more than attention, and some people stay miserable because peace requires accountability.

You’ll start to recognize patterns. You’ll see how the same storm keeps coming back dressed in different faces, different jobs, different lovers—until you finally learn what it came to teach you. And when you do? That’s when you stop repeating cycles and start rewriting your story.

Don’t run from the lesson. Feel it. Face it. Write it down. Build from it. Make it part of your armor. Because every scar on your soul is proof you survived what tried to break you. It’s proof you learned.

So if you’re in it right now—in the pit, in the dark, in the doubt—know this: The lesson might be hard, but it ain’t hollow. There's wisdom buried in the pain, but you gotta dig through the dirt to find it.
