A melody is a story, that can be told in many different ways. 
Once communicated in a subliminal moment to their author they float into the collective psyche, forming little threads that connect the listener a broad range of emotions. 
I often visualise these little tendrils of sonic information and collect them to experiment and play, applying them to different source material to their origin. 

This mix is a sloww deep dive into a world of possible harmonies. Intended for the sweetness of homelife, dreaming, journeying, yoga, love-making, writing, creating and the simple pleasure of being. <3

From an elevated booth, I watched numerous stunning sunsets over Black Rock desert, every single one seemed as if the sky was bleeding. They were all Dali-ish landscapes you could hardly believe could happen in front of your eyes. Playing in such a surreal landscape with such a diverse crowd is something that I never saw coming. Burning Man was always a far-away dream, a never-to-be-reached "paradise" where money is nihil and people go abouts giving what they've got.

I just never figured this could ever happen to me any time soon, but it did and I feel blessed. I can talk about the gorgeous sunrises, the incredible people, or the art installations. I can tell you about serendipity but words will not do justice. I shall only tell you that this changed me a little and that I'm glad I recorded one of the three sets I played in the desert. I truly hope you will enjoy this dusty but varied set and that it will somehow transport you to a happy place.

A shoutout to my new squad and family from San Francisco: Zero Fucks. I love you all! Glad I was adopted by your camp! I shall be back home soon! Love, Lola.

Unsere Lieblinge Geju sollten uns eigentlich mit einem speziellen Podcast beglücken. Dies musste aber erst Mal auf Eis gelegt werden, denn die beiden Musiker sind momentan sehr gefragt. Zudem werden Sie bald neue Produktionen veröffentlichen, die es in sich haben.

Als 'Entschädigung' erhielten wir ihr Live-Set vom diesjährigen Mayan Warrior Camp. Say what? Ich bin beim Hören nicht mehr aus dem Grinsen herausgekommen und hoffe, dass es euch mindestens genauso gut gefällt, wie mir. Passend zu den letzten Sonnenstrahlen des Jahres 'schwooft' das Set gemächlich und mit einer Menge Leichtigkeit über die auditiven Felder unseres Bewusstseins. Wahrlich zum Verlieben. Übrigens sind in dem Set schon mehrere Neuerscheinungen enthalten...

Perfectly in tune with the summer season upon us, Islandman presents a refreshing sound from the shores of the Black Sea with this splendid sunny mix. Originally from Turkey, this brilliant producer started out at a young age and made his way in music by playing a traditional long-necked lute known as a saz. It’s thanks to this early relationship with music that Islandman developed the technique and feeling needed to handle farfetched rhythms, sounds and chants inspired by the flowering cultures of the Mediterranean Basin and beyond to blend them with mastery in his tracks and mixes. This eclecticism and understanding of music has helped him put together a wide range of melodies and musical styles which extend from enchanting edits of traditional Bulgarian sounds to smooth balearic disco. His mix is exciting and mesmerising, catching the mind in a gentle twine of melodies and rhythms. His perfect balance of percussions and electronic beats shakes and ripples throughout the track, and lifts you with ecstatic vibes. The mix goes on in a beautifully arranged journey set by the pace of your own inner dance, as if the concept of time ceases to exist and it’s just you and the music. San Miguel - PɅRŎUSIɅ 2 • COMPILATION PROMO MIX •

Multitasking: DJ, musical producer, tattooist, plastic-digital artist. That's Guedes, with only twenty-three years, the Sao Paulo based artist is also running the Brazilian parties 'Caixa Esquerda' and 'Bicudinhos no Lounge' besides being currently immersed in the musical curating activities of the newborn netlabel SENSO. Regarding musical production, Guedes uses Guaraci as an alias, where he gives artistic life to a project with a strong sense of cultural and ethnic identity, which possibly can also contribute and feed his other artistic facets.

Guaraci contributes to this 188th edition which was recorded in his home studio, with Ableton Live and midi controllers. In the mixtape he collects several sound atmospheres, concentrates and directs the workflow in rhythmic progression. With changes in bpms, overlapping loops and a wild desire to explore the groove, the selection of almost 65 minutes is a translucent and tuning reflection of his daily musical research, the story is told from reference sounds. The result is a sound plot full of synesthetic, sensitive and psychedelic immersions.
