About 25 years ago Freddie Mercury died. Since he was much into the New York club scene of the end 70s and early 80s he might have liked the idea of him singing a breakdance classic. Who knows...This multi-mashup contains beside the vocals of "another one bites the dust" and the music of freeez "i.o.u" and shannon "let the music play" elements of fun fun`s "happy station", Yaz(oo)`s "state farm" and the (very groovy) bassline of breakmachine`s "are u ready?". Since the last one wasn`t available seperately I had to play it myself. Hope you like it and do some robot moves and b-boy action to it!

Men without hats are a great and highly underrated band. I always loved their music from the beginning of the 80s onward. The safety dance is among my alltime favourite songs. This legendary anthem was released in 1982 and at the end of 2017 I made this mashup remix as my humble tribute to its 35th anniversary. Hope you enjoy the safety dance and always remember, even if the times getting darker and darker you can still dance (if you want to).

Three years ago Steve Strange sadly passed away. He released two of the best post-80`s albums and I`m sure he still had some great songs left inside of him. So this is my little tribute. Beside the classic "fade to grey" the mashup contains elements of the Alan Parsons masterpieces "mammagamma" and "lucifer" as well as Kim Wilde`s "cambodia". As always I hope you`re going to like the result!
