This Set is a tribute to the woods and every tree.
Nature's lungs, that expand all accross the globe and bear within their forests an ecosystem humans are rarely aware of.

I began putting a Set together when I realized that three of the titles had the word "wood" in them. So I searched for more tracks and tried to create this journey through the woods on different paths, different kind of forests, rainforests, artic forest and traversing all the seasons...

Thanks to all the great artist that have been inspired by the woods too.

The Wooden Set

After a wonderful day at the Deep in the Forest Open Air it got a bit chilly and the family gathered inside, where I had the honour to play the opening on the Trödel floor.

One of the best moments was when I played an EP from @sebastian-porter and he himself suddenly came up to the booth. Love to you Basti!

Romantony | Trödel Floor Opening | Deep In The Forest 28.5.22 [ESCON]

This was very a special and emotional evening at the beloved Bahnwärter Thiel and one of my most exciting and joyful gigs so far. Many of the songs I had kept for years with the thought of one day being able to play them at Bahni. So this was definitely a little dream coming true. Playing along my friends and before Annett Gapstream at our VillaTuNichtGut showcase was such a blessing and sooo much fun! Especially because my mum came along to stay for "just half an hour" but she ended up dancing until the last beat (classic mama move haha).

Live-Mitschnitt von der Macromedia Abschlussmodenschau 2025 an der Macromedia Hochchule für Mode und Design Hamburg .

Im Wintergarten des Campus Hamburg City zeiten die Absolvent*innen und Studierende des 2. und 4. Studienjahres ihre über 100 Looks und Designs.

Vier Abschlusskollektionen standen dabei besonders für die Vielfalt der Themen:

Le dernier Soufflé von Hannah Dennstedt über soziale Ungleichheit in der Medienwelt,

White Screen von Patrick Meier zur Ästhetik künstlicher Intelligenz,

Zitronenblauer Himmel von Anh als genderfluider Entwurf für mehr queere Sichtbarkeit,

und Slasher von Alexander Ilenser mit einer feministischen Neuinterpretation des Horrorgenres.


Herzlichen Dank an Prof. Dr. Alena Bartsch für die Einladung,
an die Crew Mister Till und Mister Max! ;)
sowie an alle Designer*innen und Models.
