...the world premiere of Sacrification, a new composition for trombone ensemble and percussion from American trombonist, band leader, and composer Jason Holcomb. A retrospective and abstract look into the glorification of war and conflict and the sacrifices made by those affected, the piece has been commissioned by ESD in association with The Royal British Legion and will see Holcomb performing live with the ESD company in a stunning collaboration of art forms.
