A tribute to our Palestinian brothers and sisters. My intention is to showcase the beauty and power of music and poetry from Palestine, and honour the anger, grief and suffering. Meant with respect and solidarity, and prayers of peace from Ireland.

I found this old rough recording from 7 years ago, a version of an Irish air, Táimse im' Chodladh [i am asleep]. Quick guitar drone, and recorded in one take, straight into the computer. Thought i might as well not be too precious and just upload it.

5 elements - Release are 5 compositions that I started working on at the beginning of 2016. The uploaded songs are a work in progress (which were recorded live on 9th January at my residency sharing in An Sanctoir, Ballydehob, Ireland by Lionheart Productions)- so excuse the imperfection! The pieces are set out to musically explore the philosophy based on the 5 elements-5 emotions-5 sounds described in Chinese medicine. In order to let go of anything, we supposedly need to go through all emotions with it.  Feedback greatly appreciated to help with further developing this work. Thanks!
