Using a gun and handcuffs, Robert Nordlander chased tax evaders and money launderers around the world for the Internal Revenue Service. As an IRS-Criminal Investigation special agent, Nordlander was a highly trained federal agent who spent over 20 years chasing tax evaders and money launderers across the globe. His investigations ranged from simple embezzlement to cryptocurrency to using foreign trusts to hide income. He has traveled to various countries on behalf of the United States training other countries' federal investigators.

Nordlander’s specialty is following the money, whether in a divorce, partnership dispute, stealing inheritances, or in criminal court. He also helps defense attorneys in criminal tax investigations, and is an expert in how to deal with the IRS with unpaid taxes.

Nordlander is a licensed CPA and a Certified Fraud Examiner. If there’s one thing Donald Trump both loves, and loves to hate, it’s numbers. Poll numbers, economic numbers, stock market numbers and, of course, crowd size numbers. 

When it comes to numbers, Trump is quick to embrace the positive while assigning blame to the negative. Trump is absolutely obsessed with numbers.

Yesterday the New York Times reported that Vice President Mike Pence told governors in a phone call that really, the coronavirus is under control, and that increased numbers of cases is just because more testing is being done.

And then, he said the economy is booming back and everything is fine. He fed them the party line because Trump is desperate to at least make people think that it’s all good, even though it’s not.

What came to mind was Mad Magazine’s Alfred E. Neuman and his old line, “What Me Worry?”

That would be funny if it wasn’t so serious…in fact, deadly serious.
