I wrote this song in loving memory of my husband, Lorne Trevors, who has been my partner for 12 years, until he passed on May 10th, 2019 from a long battle with Pulmonary Fibrosis. I was with him through this journey since he was diagnosed in 2009, and it has been a blessing to have been his partner, his husband, and caregiver. Lorne, my Boo-Boo, will always be in my heart and until we see each other again I will love you for always. The words in this song are my true emotions as there is no day that I don't miss my Boo. It has been a painful journey without him but through this song I found a way to help myself heal. And this is only the beginning. I know it will be a very long journey. Thank you for listening!

"If I Had One Wish" by Leander Mendoza

This is the second song I wrote after "If I Had One Wish", which was an expression of my loneliness and grief since he passed away on May 10th, 2019. In contrast, this song is about Lorne, my Boo. I wanted to pay him tribute by describing where he was from, his family and childhood, and manhood as a family man, a social worker, and finally a union representative. Lorne was a man who stood for what is right, and he never turned his back on anybody in order to defend and fight for anyone who needed help. That's Lorne Douglas Trevors - he's my Boo! I wrote this song on December 12, 2019 dedicated to my loving husband and partner Lorne Douglas Trevors, who passed away on May 10, 2019. It has only been seven months and the pain of losing him is still very fresh in my heart. I thought of writing a song that speaks of one's grief and loneliness during this joyous time of the year and how difficult it is to celebrate in the midst of all the cheer around us. I hope this song will serve as comfort to those who are missing their loved one this Christmas.
