As a huge vinyl enthusiast, it is with a heavy heart that I listen to tracks that are only released for Digital.

However, it turned out that there is a technology available - lathe cut - that "uploads" the track to a vinyl record. Thanks to an order from the company - vinylove.me - I managed to record my "fav digits" on a 12" record.

The quality of the recorded vinyl is not the same as with a normal pressing, but it is definitely "playable". It is not a cheap investment - recording one copy of the record costs about 40EUR, and I recorded 2.

But I have a unique selection of favorite tracks.

I either received the digital tracks (thanks to B3N) or bought them on Bandcamp.

Don’t Say It Too Loud

This piece is more than just a track – it is a dialogue between word, image, and sound.
First came the poem, as an explanation and reflection of my thoughts. Then came the painting, as its visual counterpart.
Thanks to AI, it has now also become a soundtrack – another layer that lets the work breathe.

The spoken word is based on my poem “Don’t Say It Too Loud”, which is displayed under the painting at my exhibition. It speaks of surveillance, of truth that has grown quiet, and of the power of the mad to spark a little light.

This track is my invitation to look deeper – behind the façades, through the mirror, into the in-between spaces.
