We tend to underestimate the power of forgiveness and how much it can do for us and our peace. In this brief episode, I touch on the importance of forgiving others so that you may be set free. It is a burden to hold on to the hurt, pain and anger that others have caused in our lives and in this episode I encourage that you confront those situations, give yourself grace and forgive because forgiveness is for you and your personal healing. Letting go does not only set you free, but it eliminates the negative that has been occupying your mind and thoughts. I hope that this sheds some light.
