Alkaline is sound forged in FM — metallic surfaces, syncopated pulses, and cinematic structures. An alternative path that doesn’t reject acid, but moves into a realm less warm, more mineral, more futuristic. 

With CT012, Cosmic Tribe takes the Alkaline Sound into the uncharted: music as a tool for deep-space and hidden-dimension exploration. Kim Cosmik started as a DJ for free party soundsystems Spiral Tribe and Bedlam and DJs at festivals and clubs all over the U.K and Europe. She was also one of the first women to play at the ledgendary Knowledge club in London.

Kim Cosmik has played at events such as Rebel Union at Fold, Unfold, Don't at Corsica studios, Shambala festval, Boomtown Festival, Woodfest, Electroweks, Hybrid rave at The Glove That Fits and Iklecktic in London as well as About Blank in Berlin and several events in Hastings on a regular basis.

Kim Cosmik runs her own event called Hybrid Rave which started in 2019 and has taken place in Hastings, London and Birmingham with a host of artists such as Jerome Hill, Radioactiveman, Syrte, Transparent Sound, Aaron Liberator and No Data Available.

Kim Cosmik also runs her own label called Cybersoul and also releases music on many other labels such as 2020 Vision, Science Cult, Touched Music, Moatun and many more.

Kim Cosmik is a resident at Techno-club.net and also has a radio show on Aaja Radio.

For his first full-length solo release on Pan-Am Tracks, Krypton 81 takes us on an ambient electro voyage through the cosmos with Celestial Sphere Oscillations.

In a 12-part exploration of the farthest reaches of the universe (and perhaps our place in it), smooth ambient textures intertwine with swirling dark arpeggios in a style reminiscent of early synth pioneers such as Tangerine Dream or Vangelis.
