Messy Practice: My Favorite Things

The first complete song I ever wrote.  Wrote the initial ideas in January 2015, completed it in April 2015 (in Europe, of all places).  This song is in compound quadruple meter, which basically means the music is separated into 3 beats like a waltz.  Compound meter is my favorite meter in music; it never fails me.  Inspirations for this song were the soundtrack from Her as well as the song "Lisa" from the film Rear Window.  Recorded 7/26/2016 on Ableton.
