Peryl is the alias of the Berlin-based techno producer Dennis Strobel. For eight years now, he has been producing in various directions of electronic music. Specializing in techno live performances, Peryl is constantly on the lookout for new sounds. Besides different frequencies, cables and transitions, he tries to express himself through his live improvisation in the clubs. Often this leads to completely new soundscapes and offers the listener an unpredictable vibe.

Para Phalcon, artista con base en Berlín, el valor de la música va más allá de las dimensiones
de la organización rítmica y armónica. La música es su forma de comunicar; a través de la
intersección de colores, grooves y ritmos expone su percepción sensorial, que define su
identidad como artista.
En sus sets siempre intenta construir una historia en la cual todo tenga un sentido de principio a
fin y para este podcast en concreto ha decidido incorporar un espectro más amplio de sus
gustos en la electrónica, moviéndose entre diferentes estilos, ritmos y paisajes sonoros;
fusionando influencias desde broken beats, tribal y electro hasta bass music y dubstep,
pasando por deep techno y dub techno pero sin dejar de lado su identidad.

"Earlier this year I was playing at a friend's birthday party in Croatia (hi Allan). He is a connoisseur of electronic music so the people he invited to play were pretty diverse, music style-wise. It's really rare for me to be blown away by someone's set but after me a guy called Odd from Kuala Lumpur started playing and he blew me away to pieces. Not only did he play some of the best techno I heard all year (I didn't recognize a single track) but he did it in a way that I realized I was sorely missing: stable, hypnotic, groovy (actually groovy, not just a big kick and then some afterthoughts behind it), always advancing but also always persuasive in its message.
I hope I channeled a bit of what he did in this set. It's very hard for someone who grew up listening to too much IDM/Braindance to be as patient and consistent as is needed for this type of sets, but I think I managed to meet this very fond memory of a summer morning and my wanderlust for the entire spectrum of emotions and energies somewhere halfway.

Berlin-based DJ and producer Amotik has been quietly making waves since his move to the city in 2014. Known for his driving, energetic, and atmospheric sound, he has cemented his position as a versatile figure in modern techno, both in the DJ booth and the studio.

Debuting in 2015 with a series of EPs on his self-titled imprint and later making guest appearances on 47, BPitch, and Figure, 2019 saw the release of his debut album, 'Vistār,' accompanied by a live tour, followed by the release of his second album 'Patanjali' in 2022. Both received acclaim from notable publications such as Mixmag and Groove Magazine, firmly establishing Amotik as a visionary producer. Groove Magazine, in particular, lauded him as one of their top 30 producers in their 2022/23 yearly poll.

2023 saw the launch of a new record label, AMTK+, providing a platform for like-minded artists who inspire him. Alongside his label endeavours and a touring schedule that has taken him to Berghain, De School, Fabric, Fuse, Khidi, and Printworks, to name a few, he remains a regular fixture on the cherished Berlin institution - HÖR. Hosting AMTK Radio, he delivers carefully curated sets, inviting guest artists and providing insightful commentary on the music and his guests whilst sharing the occasional Berlin weather update.
