Firing off the back of the debut Data Transmission release from Archie B comes West Coast producer Ed Hoffman with a two track EP titled 'Good Time' on 29th June.

Ed Hoffman has been playing music since he was 10, but found his passion with dance music while in college. Ed traveled the globe for many years after going to countless festivals & clubs leading him to his broad style of house & techno he creates today. He is always smiling and embracing all things weird. Ed brings this energy into every mix, set, and song that he writes. When he's not writing music, you can find him biking or making sure his disco birds get fed.

On the two tracks EP comes 'Good Time' where he teams up with KOOP and the low slung club melter 'Sunday Morning Acid', he chats about both tracks.

Good Time - Towards the end of 2020, I had decided to move from California to Pennsylvania, to get a change of scenery and move in with Koop. We were stuck inside most of the time during the first winter of the pandemic with not much else to do besides create music. We were inspired to put together a fun summertime track, for a time when we could start celebrating with all of our friends and family again.

Sunday Morning Acid - The original idea of the track came together in early 2021, on a cold winter morning. I was up early, dreaming of warmer weather and playing with my Roland tb-3, when the track's base started to come together. The inspiration for the track came from some of the incredible '90s acid & breakbeat house tracks, and it's felt throughout the song.

MUMBAI SCIENCE  proudly presents “DÉJÀ VU”, the first single of their same-titled debut album. “Déjà Vu” takes you on a trip to a grim future, were partying is reduced to handing out business cards and personal trainers are the new superstars.

Tapping deep into their musical heritage, Mumbai Science bring a piece of work that reflects their own, wayward view on contemporary dance music. Rough and dirty, but at the same time playful and quirky, without making any compromises on the artistic level. Instead Mumbai Science took the path less traveled and ended up at an uncharted place that somehow feels right at home.

The single comes with remixes from LOOPS OF FURY and BS1. While the former delivers a high voltage festival take on the original track, the latter transforms it into a je-m’-en-fous basement techno track. With both of them boldly exploring different corners of the electronic dance spectrum, the “Déjà Vu” package feels more than complete.

Mumbai Science’s debut album “Déjà Vu” will be out in JUNE 2014 on LEKTROLUV and features collaborations with Peaches, Mixhell, Gustaph, and more. From techno-with-an-attitude, over faux-pas electro-clash to straight-up Belgian rave. Expect a wonderful journey through the soundscapes of Mumbai Science.

The Dutch producers Overtracked & Morriz teamed up for two nice tracks.
Overtracked is an talented producer who already received great support from some solid artists from the scene. His productions are solid and got signed by cool labels. Morriz will be making his debut with the “Poema EP”, reason enough for a celebration!
Poema is the first track, and is a heavy tech house track with an big stomping vibe. Driving hats and a big bass are some great ingredients for this afterhours club track!
Remix duties are by our Chief resident, Prune Flat. His version has a groovy sub bass and some driving percussion.
The final track is called “Deeper In Time” which has a more progressive feel. The track is filled with atmospheric pads and deep dark FX, making this track suitable for your underground occasions.

PAWSA presents the second release on his Solid Grooves imprint with three broody house tracks including Tiger Stripes on remixes duties.

One of London’s most popular event series, 2015 has seen Solid Grooves evolve into a label with co-founders Michael Bibi and PAWSA at the helm. With his debut release on Leftwing & Kody’s Lost Records reaching no. 6 in Beatport’s Tech House charts, PAWSA’s entrance into the house and techno scene is envious to say the least, particularly as he followed up with appearances on top tier labels such as Green Velvet’s Relief Records and Nicole Moudaber’s MOOD Records.

Up first, ‘Event Horizon’ unleashes a purring low-end, heady hats and syncopated snares for a menacing, dancefloor focused number geared for the afterhours. Undulating kicks and a groovy bassline then join infectious vocal samples in ‘Separation’, before ‘The Shapeshifter’ delves into deeper territories with subterranean notes, reverbed percussion and a playful melody.
