This week’s guest is Lee Chapman, an English lad who was once hungry for food, but is now hungry for life! His company H4L runs free online courses and give out tones of information to help people change their life, through exercise and diet using a concept called alkalisation.
Alkalising is a dietary choice whereby you can alter the PH balance of the body by consuming alkalised foods, normally fruit, veges, nuts and legumes. 
You’ll hear first hand how changing the diet changed lee’s whole life, by giving him the energy he once lacked, the confidence he needed and the body he always desired.  
We also touch on how to move out of bad habits and into good ones, examples of how to integrate a healthy lifestyle into your life plus much more!
