Fresh off of performing with Honey Dijon at the Royal Festival Hall as part of The Radiant Baby Orchestra, I’m back with the first release under my birth name in almost six years.

In that period I’ve been working as a mix engineer and sometimes arranger for Honey Dijon, Luke Solomon, Gideon, Horse Meat Disco, The Shapeshifters, Kiddy Smile and many more mega- dance acts. I’ve also consulted and mixed AV3D with Gideon on Block 9’s IICON stage at Glastonbury Festival for 3 years and counting.

Along side the post-production work, I have been keeping busy on my Brother Nebula project, with 3 singles and an album to show for so far, and more to come in the near future.
I’ve also kept up work as a DJ at some great clubs, festivals and radio shows, including Genosys & NYC Downlow at Block 9, Adonis in London, Panorama Bar, and Wednesdays with Moxie on NTS Radio.

My style of house and techno has always been tipped towards the underground, with raw, deep & driving sounds all key to the mix.

On these two new tracks, I look to my past for inspiration:

Zeus launches lightning blots on the dance-floor with a nod to early Kings Of Tomorrow, Deep
Vision and Zestland records, which are some of my favourite dance tunes ever.

Stop:Start uses resampling and pitch-effects to create a woozy world tied to a heavy analog bass
line. It’s reminiscent of some of my earlier works, but brought into the 21st century.

Legwork’s Footage Series enlists two up-and-comers from the San Francisco Bay Area. Sepehr is a regular DJ on the SF club and warehouse scene, making waves in early 2018 on the @honeysoundsytem label. Justin lives and works across the bay in Oakland, and can be found at many of the same parties. Bottom line is you’ll be hearing more from these two in the future. Raw Detroit-style house is order here, with a remix from Legwork HQ of Justin’s offering.
