Over the last few weeks a few of us have all been hit hard by losing some quite special people to mental health. Unfortunately its a very common battle alot of us deal with day in day out. 

I recorded this mix, because I've been feeling abit in the dumps lately but luckily I have things around me that can help me cope. 13 11 14 is the number of life-line australia which I encourage anyone to use if they need to, every life is important.
