Do you procrastinate? I do. To be honest I think we all do from time to time. However, as I have learnt there are ways we can avoid procrastination.

I've titled this episode & Rules To Avoid Procrastination, however, I don't think they are "rules" as such, just techniques I've used and reflected on to help me avoid moments of procrastination in my own life. I hope there's some value within. Enjoy!
