Oh???  Something didn't work out???  No worries.  Different things are good for different people.  What works for one may not work for another. Reminds me of the Tyrian soundtrack by Alexander Brandon, but funkier. I'd like to hear that soundtrack remade, actually...some of the music felt held back by the tech available at the time.

The intro sounded like Sonic 2's Chemical Plant Zone, my all-time favorite Sonic piece

even on the sega genesis's sound chip the feeling of wonder this song manages to convey is incredible.

Originally, that last song I uploaded ( https://soundcloud.com/leila-wilson-woofle/subterrestrial-machines-cadence ) actually came in a much simpler form -- a 16-bit (esque, my polyphony is WAY over-budget) song written for a friend's fan project.
Said friend didn't like the song (or much of anything else I composed for him) so the whole soundtrack ended up back in my hands. I then blew it all away on my own project in one go. >~>; Fortunately, that means there's 16-bit versions of some of the songs from my project for you all to enjoy (once your ears stop bleeding.)

Since there are going to be a few more tracks on Redux than there were on the original second album, I decided to make a new ending track, to let readers kind of process the book as a whole at its end. It's the same melody as the main theme from the third book/album combo, and leads into it.

One of the completely new tracks I've whipped up for Elancia: Symphony of Hunted Truths Redux. I wanted to make a laid back song for the town, but *not* a happy and carefree one. Dezma is a beautiful place, but not necessarily a great one to live in. Little bits of levity and a "what can you do" type of attitude permeate the place.

Like with the first album, there are a few fresh tracks not on the older iterations of the album, and at first I thought the second would have very few! While working our way through the book, Emma and I ended up adding a lot of new scenes and locations, though, and here we are. 
I originally composed this song back around 2010-ish, so it was nice to revisit it and play it again!
