song made for the second round of s3xmoditmania 6 (or "sixmoditmania"). i personally think this is one of my best tracks, and am quite proud of it. it got 2nd place among 16 entries, losing only to mad's "Agent_Bacardi.it".

Brought back an old song for Return to Aloha! The album's coming along at a glacial pace due to a bazillion other things dominating my life at the moment (chiefly things to do with the upcoming novel release!) I hope this song (and this adorable drawing of Capel by Renz!) will bring you some joy in the meantime. 
I think the song sounds very much like a busy place, so I figured "Workzone" would be a pretty good title for it. Also one of the few times I've gotten to do major key in the Capel albums!

I'm working my way through the second Elancia Chronicles book and album. I realized that while the Isle of Qaimusu itself had different themes for each of the time periods Verse remembers, the island's temple did not.  I had two themes for it, both of which I'm still quite happy with, so I went ahead and made a third for the final era, when Verse returns as an adult towards the beginning of the second book. The download will be available on my Patreon soon. Enjoy!

"Zhiltes'qai City, huh? Well, they call it a city, it really ain't. It's a tourist trap, more than anything else. It used to be a sacred place where the Sea Goddess was worshiped, but that was before the religious purge. Anyway, there's hot springs all over the place here, and everyone and their mother set up a little resort of their own in the area. None of us easterners can even afford to come here, but the westerners spend their weekends here. It's a funky place. All rocky and what. The resorts are almost stacked. It's full of eccentric weirdo westerners, more than anything. I don't find it very relaxing. Good place to become toasty, though."
