Another tune which starts off so great that the rest of the tune can't help but follow its lead... I'm nowhere close to getting tunes like that, I can't even consistently put out music (I get periods of a couple days of awesome music every 2 weeks or so, the rest tends to suck horribly)...

For No Reason

Longtime listeners might remember this tune... Recycled it and repurposed it for HardSpeed! I'm trying to make a few of the more recent songs really combine classic RPG music with the sounds of the 80s, since that's kind of what HardSpeed is at its core.
For this song, imagine flat sands with strange glass formations and sculptures, stretching and twisting colorfully up into the sky. Add some light filtering through that colorful glass and you're on the right track.

Glass Valley [Day]

Time for a little more Elancia music! This nameless port town (referred to simply as Los Marineros by locals) is located entirely in a cave, and is pretty hush-hush. Anyone who's never sailed with pirates likely doesn't know it exists, and those who do, well, they're likely not to tell. 
The closest two countries are the Kerlynzian Empire and Bajandrus, so I mixed the sounds from both with some swingin' piratey sounds!
This place is the closest place Derrik Lancaster, king of the pirates, has to a home. Early in book 3, along with Basil, Cecelia, and Stella, he stops here in preparation to tackle the most dangerous kind of adventure -- one that leads inland.
