From Serlöf's overflowing imagination comes his soundtrack for a non-existent game, "Purple Juice."

What happens when you feel like an outsider in both academic and pop music worlds? For Serlöf, the answer is to build a bridge and bring audiences together. Inspired by 90’s videogames soundtracks, science fiction movies, and Internet culture among other things, the Mexican-born composer clashes every musical idea stuck in his head and creates colorful, genre-bending electronic music that also brings orchestral colors to the table.

Time for a little more Elancia music! This nameless port town (referred to simply as Los Marineros by locals) is located entirely in a cave, and is pretty hush-hush. Anyone who's never sailed with pirates likely doesn't know it exists, and those who do, well, they're likely not to tell. 
The closest two countries are the Kerlynzian Empire and Bajandrus, so I mixed the sounds from both with some swingin' piratey sounds!
This place is the closest place Derrik Lancaster, king of the pirates, has to a home. Early in book 3, along with Basil, Cecelia, and Stella, he stops here in preparation to tackle the most dangerous kind of adventure -- one that leads inland.
