The atmosphere of this track is so so peak. Having almost finished the second book it really is just a perfect encapsulation of its story. Love the melancholic yet hopeful vibes it gives off.

"I had to go back and fix some of the writing in season 1's story" Oh! That's why the beginning was kinda different when i read yesterday o_o. (It's been a long time since a last read ECO, so i decided to recap some things and then I was like " Wait, i don't remember reading this! What is going on !??!" XD). This is very soothing...really wish this were a real game though, I'm happy with what we have now n_n/. Keep up the good work! Just don't overdo it :D!

This is beautiful, Senpai. The culmination almost had me in tears, the weight in it is just... Really powerful. The fade at the end is a bit short/cut-off, in my opinion; I'd love a classic wind-down. Just thinking out loud though~ Great work!

I'm finally back to a point in my life where I can focus on the 2nd album in the ECO series, Season 2 - Symphony of Heartless Certainty.  I had to go back and fix some of the writing in season 1's story, along with getting all the illustrations by a group of very talented artists inserted into it (Fortuna, Sorcerer Lance, and Cainethelongshot, as well as a special guest! Thank you all!) 

With that almost done though... it's time to finally get back to what I've been putting off for a year. This second album! Here's a taste -- the first track you'll hear. I'm pretty sure this album will have around 90 songs on it like the first album, but we'll see what the future holds! It really all depends on where the story takes the us...

While I was poking around at things for the second ECO book's soundtrack, I've been slowly going through and replacing songs that don't quite match up with what I was going for. One such song was one of the tunes for Verse's early childhood... so here you go. :V I'm not 100% happy with it, I think. I'm going to think on it for a little while and see if I want to re-order any parts of it or add anything. As with a lot of my recent stuff, this one is 100% Korg M1.

なんでこのチョイス？と思う方もいるかもしれませんが、ずっと聞いてると地味にいい曲です。
ほかにもＸ５の曲はなかなかいいものがそろってるので、少しずつアレンジしていければなーとか思ってます。
流石に一発目なので、珍しくちゃんとアレンジしてます。

The Sorthern Imperial Capital of Kerlynzia is known as Auraimsho (great cleverness cache, roughly translated from old Kerlynzian.) It looms large in Imperial Culture. It not only is (or rather, was) the home of the Empire's vast navy, but is also the spot where the Emperor resides most of the year. Along with all that, The local lords meet here to discuss laws, finances, and the problems of their people.  The city has ballooned in the last twenty or so years, becoming a manufacturing hub as well. Crime has become more rampant as the population booms.
Verse lived here for a time, and upon returning, is forced right back into a part of Kerlynzian life she'd hoped she'd left behind.
