I feel like you're getting better and better. Very satisfying track. It's surprising to me that it's supposed to be a boss theme though, I find there is a very positive ring to it! Kudos either way ;)

Hopeful Aim

New HardSpeed track.
This one has to do with more thoughtful, pensive moments for the characters -- specifically Capel, the main character. Capel barely even understands how people work, and yet she desperately wants to live among them. Every step forward is two steps back. Sometimes, she isn't even sure it's worth it to keep trying.

Mostly done using the Korg Wavestation. I started out trying to decipher the patterns one of the presets had, and ended up reproducing the sounds manually instead. From there, the rest of the song formed. :V
