So as it turns out the game Eversleep that I've been composing for became Lunistice! The publisher Deck13 recently dropped a trailer for the game featuring this song, so I figured I should drop the entire track for you all to enjoy!

TryHard [Feat. KitTheGoddess]

While Emma and I were re-writing the novelization of Elancia's first book, a lot of new content was added (and a lot of fat trimmed out.) One of the things that was exciting to touch on was restoring some parts of the narrative that had to be cut from the previous release. That said, restoring that meant a new song! (The old one no longer fit.) That gave me a chance to make something pretty unique from the rest of the album.

Remastered another track for my upcoming album release Elancia: Symphony of Shifting Tides. This one is an arrangement of the main character, Verse's theme used for action-oriented scenes. Completely redid this old track from the ground up. It's definitely a lot different than the one I did about 10 years ago (give or take,) but this one jives more with the mood I'm going for with this album. Enjoy!

I didn't originally intend to touch up the intro track to Symphony of Shifting Tides, but I felt it'd be wrong not to have touched up the very first track on the album -- especially considering all the older tracks will be upscaled MP3s.
I will say, though, I had no idea how insurmountable that'd be -- I don't have any of the software or even the computer I made the original on back in 201X. I actually had to do almost all of those from scratch based on what little MIDI data I could recover from the old MIDI I made in the 2000s. Long story short, it came out great! Different, but great. I didn't lean on the guitar in the intro as much (read: I omitted it completely) and am still iffy on that, but overall I think I got it sounding about as close as I can to the original. Enjoy!

Apparently this game's soundtrack is "under-appreciated"; it is so good that I have it - and several others - on my phone to play on long journeys. My first time using both the Namco 163 and RP2C33 chip in one module, a combination that I saw as relatively strange until I remembered that the latter is capable of frequency modulation.

Date with Density

So as a few of you who have been listening to my stuff for a loooong time might know, Book/Album 2, Symphony of Awakened Truths was split in half.
This theme here (which is something I started working on about 4/5 years ago, I think?) is meant as a 'bridge' between the two halves, which are now separate books and albums. As such, it includes a bunch of motifs from both and a few new things of its own. It'll be on the third album, due out in December, along with many, many more songs. Enjoy!
