Duane Leinan is a musician and songs writter from the sunny West Coast of California. 

He began playing bass in 1982 in JR High school. 

In 1999 to 2000 he attended Sacramento State and received a degree in Musical Composition.

In 1998 after a change in his personal life he began playing in clubs and bars in the Sacramento California area.

A few bands came and went in those years tell the short lasting band AS IS.

His Paul McCartney Vive during his live sets and Songwriting caught the attention of THE KNACK in 2000.

Duane was asked to play live shows and to recorded with the band.

Saddle in February 2010 Doug Fieger passed away. 

Today he is writting music for other artist and is frequently asked to be a  guess performan during live sets and in the studio.

In 2015 after the loss of his mom and dad he became a published writer.
