‘Raw’ returns with the long awaited remixes of Kaiserdisco's 'Jet Stream', a summer smasher spun by almost every key DJ this summer and a key track in the sets of Solomun, Marco Carola, Tensnake or Adam Beyer. 

Riding the pulses with perfect balance are the Brazilian connection Christian Smith and Wehbba, whose remix is a svelte classic of layers and loops, minimalism and maximums. 

Diynamic’s star man H.O.S.H. goes Euro-skeletal, sharpening the original’s mechanoid riff to ricochet around the lab before bringing in an ear-piercing breakdown, and then embarking on a fuller, more celebratory vibe with his ‘Melodrama mix’. 

The Junkies are tasked with taking ‘Ten Commandments’ to Toronto and give expert insight into cyclical techno, simultaneously sweeping the underground and sending down lightning bolts from up high.

On the heels of 2015’s hyperactive Longanimity EP on Leisure System and the recent Sense of Purpose LP via Bloc Records, JoeFarr returns to Leisure System with the Spectate EP, another tactile and punishing contribution to the ongoing GRIDLOCK series complete with an incredible remix from sound scientist Max Cooper.

The fourth edition in Leisure System’s ongoing GRIDLOCK 12” series, the Spectate EP is yet another example of JoeFarr’s able hand at creating fierce, infectious, and irregular techno.

Six years have passed since Sleeparchive aka Roger Semsroth produced the phenomenal "A Man Dies In The Street” EP series for Tresor. Semsroth then went on to produce under this and other aliases (Nordvest, Civil Defence Programme) on his own eponymous imprint.

With the "Revised Recordings EP”, Sleeparchive continues to research and master the dense constructed rhythmic textures that have become his signature sound. The three titles are magisterial demonstration of Sleeparchive's high-hand at designing such labyrinthine structures, ever so strongly rooted in an exalted past, yet always thrusting forward.

Ongoing with his Sleep Cycle series, he includes six tightly locked grooves cut on the A-side, only available on vinyl format.

Tresor Records is delighted to welcome Rod Modell to its catalogue, with the release of his new album Captagon.

Rod Modell needs no introduction, his various projects render him a master of techno. In repetition and barely noticeable change, Modell resculptures perceptions. His sound-design echoes cinematic ethereality, where ferric artefacts slam against percussion, rusty delays filter observation - the resulting web is a complex, radiating ambience that etches a natural ebb and flow.

Transformative sounds alight from the outset, “Triangulation” recalls flickering harmonies and grains, a tectonic swipe. Fast-paced dub techno emerges in “Reiki”, the disorienting clangs suggesting a step away from his recent ambient excursions. “Ito” crunches the pulse further with insistent noise, into soaring epiphanies of darkened transmissions.

Modell singularly uproots standard sonic hierarchies of techno production, crisp static as forceful as his beats, a provocation of rhythm and noise. Unceasing in its fast tempo, “Jade” is trademark Tresor business - the seismic sub-sonics underpin a momentous drive, with reverberated vocal inflections disfiguring warped, dancing materials. “Scrawler” is upfront and direct, a slamming groove and swaying chords diffusing ethereality. Enter vast chambers of smeared minimalism.

Where Modell’s recent releases had indicated a priority for ambient sounds, this new album extends Modell’s essential vision within techno. Closing track “Air-Port” shows Modell at his most crucial best - an ethereal colossus of sub-bass weight and morphing geometry.

2 years after a memorable remix contest of Shlømo’s track Vertigo, the « Chineurs de Techno » Facebook group comes back with another Various Artists charity compilation.

This time, it is Hadone that submitted to our group’s members creativity his 2019 Taapion Records hit « How To Fake Success ». This generous initiative led to an over 600 submissions remix contest, out of which 17 tracks rose above all others !

Jury of the contest, made of Hadone and Chineurs de Techno’s administrators, is therefore super proud to present to you the winners of this remix contest. From the raviest techno and mental electro to more jungle and breakbeat influenced bangers, we hope this compilation’s musical diversity will please you as much as it pleases us.

This compilation is digital only and is now up for sale on Bandcamp. All proceeds will go directly to the French charity organization « Fondation des Femmes », an NGO that gathers funds and reallocates them to several organizations specialized in the defense of women’s rights and the fight against violence towards women.

Welcome to the new output of HueHelix.
For our 21st release, Go Hiyama brings the 2nd part of Regular Separation, which features 3 original tracks and a stunning Bas Mooy Remix. ‘Junk Space’ opens up the EP with his unique rhythm patterns and impressive pad, which works perfect for peak time. ‘Vortex And Scales And Thorns’ gives you more laid-back feeling, with addictive and poisonous loopy style. After that, Mord label head, Bas Mooy, reforms that original version into a killer peak time anthem with driving atmosphere and funky stabs. At last, ‘Huis Tuin En Keuken’ closes the EP with another unique funky elements. The crazy synth sound makes the track even more unique than just one of those funky Techno tracks. Go has been exploring wide range of musical activities and this shows what he’s been through.
