Ok, it’s happening! Here our New Years Day Südpol set!

We are still at a loss for words. The energy in the room was out of this world. Tears in our eyes after the set. Three hours that zoomed us out from it all happening in the world outside at the moment. 

Thank you @suedpol-hamburg for having us on this special day, Hamburg needs a space like this more than ever! And thanks to all being there with us to celebrate the start of 2024!

It’s been such a joyful and sweaty reflection of our friendship, one track at a time. Dynamically blending our different styles of House, Deep Tech, UK Garage, Bassline, and Breakbeat – merging deep, melodic grooves with fast, bass-driven energy and cruising between 135–140 bpm.

July 2019 - on one of those tropical summer nights in Hamburg, I had the pleasure of playing some music during sunset and night on the Sonnendeck at Hanseatische Materialverwaltung. One of those places where you easily lose track of time. Played some more jazzy and downtempo tunes. The heat slowed everything down. Enjoy! New Uptempo-Mix is in the making.

Wrap up of my 4 hours set at Südpol Hamburg at Grrrrrr just before the wonderful @tama-sumo played the closing on International Women's Day 08.03.2020. I re-recorded it two days after, just right before the Corona situation also hit our lives intensively. Who would have thought, that this would be one of the last sets at Südpol for some time. In the hope - and actually also in the knowledge - that 'after all’ we will return with a fresh and deeply rooted awareness that culture and music are the most important links in our transnational societies and creativity and innovation the driving forces. That's why, and maybe even more so: If you like, take this set as a short escape from it all. Enjoy. Get lost. Come back. Shape!
