We are back with a brand new Guest Mix Series for 2025.

It's an absolute pleasure to showcase the very classy, groovy and technical skills of the UK's own Daniel Deep Down. A mix that has the 4x4 garage sound coursing through it, but skilfully nodding its cap to some soul and that tougher US house vibe we all love. 

On a personal note I think the track selection is that of a true garage connoisseur and the use of all the different mixing styles gives a real feeling of being live and has an intensity that is so rare in these kind of recorded mixes. Really proud to have this as our 001 of the series. 

Daniel Deep Down is a House & Garage DJ (since 1996). Dan was first introduced to garage and fell in love with the genre after listening to a set by DJ Charlie Brown on an old ‘Roast’ tape pack from back in the day. Soon after he bought his first pair of Technics 1210’s and was soon travelling regularly to Uptown & Black Market Records to buy the latest vinyl. With a passion for 4-to-the-floor, soulful melodies and percussive rhythms, Dan is known for his clean mixing style, drawing from crate classics to the obscure.
