Bouffant Bouffant is a DJ, Producer, and party starter from New Orleans, Louisiana. He cut his teeth in local sex clubs, warehouses, and dive bars but has become a major player on the bubbling American Queer Underground nightlife circuit as well as International jaunts to play for the likes of Buttons Berlin and Savage Hanoi. His monthly party Gimme A Reason has been fostering space for queer nightlife in New Orleans for over 9 years. He’s also 1/3 of queer and women lead DJ collective Trax Only and 1/2 of DJ duo Babygirl. Trax Only have become infamous for their one off warehouse raves that expose New Orleans to a plethora of national and international queer talent as well as their compilation SOFT TOUCH EXPRESS, a survey of producers from the American Queer Underground.

"A couple weeks ago I played the first Buttons party in Berlin with zero Covid restrictions at a beautiful new venue in Treptower Park. This mix is the first hour of that set. It was sunrise and the sun peaked through floor to ceiling windows of a gorgeous ballroom packed with the most beautiful queer babes. It was one of the most special sets of my life and one of the best parties I've ever attended. I wanted to stamp that moment in time with this mix."

JD Twitch began his journey into music and djing in 1987, just in time for the arrival of Acid House and Rave. He started two legendary Scottish clubs - Pure and Optimo, the latter a duo with Jonnie Wilkes which recently celebrated 25 years of global touring, outrageous parties, and communitarian activism. This is the recording of @frinda_di_lanco and @hendrik_stein's  warmup for Bionda e Lupo's "La Deutsche Vita" record release party at Sameheads - a night which was special in every possible way. 

Since we were flattered by the invitation and love this heartwarming record, we took our chance and prepared our very own interpretation of "Gertalo". After years of digging mostly German and Italian Records but lacking proper occasions for playing these to an open-minded audience, this slot felt like a moment we have prepared since ages, without knowing it would ever happen. 
We're more than happy that there is a recording and Hendrik got back his keys and wallet. 

Thanks to @biondaelupo, @riccardisch and all the great dancers! This was a night to remember.
