We've gathered at The Ficus Grove next to our home for a full live session of the first Chapters of Galim. It was our first time playing it live and we are lucky to be together and make all of our fantasies of harmonies and melodies come to life. 

These were enchanting days of late summer / early autumn of 2022,  and hopefully, you can feel our hearts and souls through this video.

Drowning in the Sea of Love tells a story about love, death and resurrection. It is a musical journey which reflects my own process of being separated from two of my closest and loved souls in my life as they left their physical bodies and now inhabit a comfort space in my heart. I’ve learned that this thing called death, regardless of its irony, can hand you the keys to eternity. By practicing the colorful and mysterious ways of music and embracing destiny, eternal light will shine on the souls that are no longer with us. It is possible to keep them closer than ever before (as heard in the last chapter of Mozart’s Requiem - LUX AETERNA).

Hopefully, this record will help you find light and comfort in times of separation, and these melodies will remind you that love is eternal, that love is a cure, and spending time with your loved ones is indeed more precious than gold.

I had the privilege to record and perform this record with many talented musicians which I’m lucky to call my friends:
Or Mahapatra, the heart of this record, accompanies us throughout this journey with her soulful vocals and her colorful musical presence;
Danny Kuttner (Okaya) brings the breeze into the music with her enchanting vocals and humbleness;
Ronen Roth, the wizard of sound, taking this album from the bottom of the sea to a colorful, breezy, and cinematic journey;
Gzhurkina Art turning music into colors. With her painting, she unveils more layers to the music, which I never knew existed.
Unfortunately, there’s not enough words to praise each one, but be assured that there is a beautiful story behind each note that’s been recorded here.

This album has been composed, arranged, and produced as ONE consecutive journey from start to finish, crossing genres and various melodies to manifest what is now the ‘Drowning in the Sea of Love’ story.
I’d recommend sparing 20 mins to engage and listen to the whole record as one whole composition.

This piece was originally imagined at 2009 on Goa's coastline. i was 23  with a guitar and many dreams.

Finally, I've managed to release something out of it. which is very different than the original tune. and i'm happy to share it here on the beginning of this decade 2020 

This was nothing without the beautiful people i've met along the way that helped me release this track, and the best i can do is share a tiny bit of their gifts and talents here.
