Boris himself describes his album as a captivating blend of familiar and nostalgic sounds, offering listeners a delightful journey through his artistic career. "Level One" encapsulates his entire musical journey, featuring a variety of songs that not only showcase his unmistakable style but also pay homage to his previous works.

The two new tracks, "Terminal Zero" and "Atlantis," are not only integral parts of Boris' set but also represent the fusion he aims to emphasize in his album. "Terminal Zero" reveals Boris's deep connection to high-tech minimal sounds beloved in clubs. Its driving bassline and classic Boris Brejcha elements make it suitable for both big festivals and intimate techno clubs. The highlight of the year! After more than eight years, the time has finally come: Boris Brejcha, also known as the Joker, is releasing his 10th album on his own label, Fckng Serious.
Listeners and fans can look forward to a very special musical collection. The album, which will be released on all streaming and download services on April 19, 2024, includes a total of 17 tracks plus 3 long versions of the previously released edits.
Since 2022, Boris Brejcha has been releasing his music again on his own label, Fckng Serious. Already in 2023, Brejcha gave us a glimpse into the upcoming album. His singles "Level One," "Space X (Edit),“ „Vienna (Edit),“ and "Dimension" have already given us a taste of this diverse album. And even in the new year, there was a preview of the highlight of the year. Boris Brejcha received prominent support from singers Malena Narvay and Leony, among others.
It was very important to the Joker himself that the album provides a deep insight into his musical work: "My album promises to be a captivating blend of familiar and nostalgic sounds, offering listeners a delightful journey through my artistic career." Cid Inc's Replug Records caps off a successful year by welcoming Dmitry Molosh back to the label for a new artist showcase. The Belarus native and progressive music favourite rounded out 2018 with his chart topping 'Detektor' EP for the Finnish imprint. 2019 has seen further successes, with EP's for Guy J's Armadillo Records and Hernan Cattaneo's Sudbeat Music sitting as the highlights. Now fresh off a contribution to Nick Warren's Balance compilation, Dmitry lands back on Replug with 'Cascade'.

Firmly sitting amongst progressive music's elite, Dmitry continues to deliver some of the genre's most beloved tracks with 'Cascade' being the latest in a long line of gems. Fuelled by rhythm and groove; it's chunky foundation, driving percussion and buoyant rhythmic core form the backbone of this exhilarating journey. Panning effects and emerging atmopheres smoothly segue into the main break, shifting the narrative further into melodic territory. Sitting comfortably in an ethereal yet emotive space, the lead motif rises, resonating on a warm and inviting frequency, gently evolving across a foggy atmospheric backdrop, before a gentle rush sparks a thrilling final act.

The companion piece 'Step By Step' follows suit with an equally impressive display of rhythm and groove. Spacious and energetic, it's a creation built around rolling bass tones and vibrant chord stabs. Ethereal phrases and buzzing effects converge as the first act unfolds, while colourful vocal fragments shift energy into the break. Timely modulation adds drama and tension across the one minute interlude, ultimately reaching a swirling crescendo and perfectly setting up a powerful third act.

Dmitry's long standing relationship with Replug has spawned several of progressive music's finest moments over the last half decade. 'Cascade' once again follows suit and looks set to be one of the winter seasons most in demand releases.

Lenny Lens is a striving Australian DJ, Producer and Artist after serving the underground Melbourne music scene for over a decade. After strong influences of 80s and 90s electronic dance music in his upbringing (New Order, Daft Punk, Michael Jackson, Depeche Mode, Human League, Fatboy Slim),  Lenny Lens now encompasses a sound of the underground circuit of Techno and Progressive House (i.e., Guy J, Wehbba, Pig & Dan, Patrice Baumel, Joris Voorn, and Dosem), whilst staying true to his roots and love for his home town of Melbourne! He likes to describe his sound as a  moody and cosmic, hypnotic fusion of prog and techno, however still keeping his sound edgy and free from genre limitation. After recent features at A3 festival and Beyond the Valley, day festivals with Critical Feeling, secret Pop-up rave parties, and residencies at Revolver Upstairs and Glamorama. Lens now operates as a Record label owner with Deep Remedy running his own independent events, and as an Ecstatic Dance facilitator with Rhythmic. He is enjoying this journey as much as he does curating vibes for the punters of the dance floor, witnessing his dedication to music being shared with the world.
