This is my cover of one soundtrack which I couldn't find the exact name of song  in one great Czechoslovak Sci-Fi TV Show from 80's "Navstevnici" (The Visitors). Original song was written by Karel Svoboda. Intro and outro I cut from movie.

This piece mixes SKA and Progressive Rock - I understand it can be surprising, but I felt this Music Genre deserved to exist : the Progressive SKA 😃
I thought of it as a TV theme for a crazy talk show.

Weird Little Beast

This new cinematic piece have really been inspired by a rainy day ! 😊 
I wanted see if I could mix an accordion (such a typically french instrument in the 50's-60s) with a middle sized classical orchestra.
Not only it worked using the accordion as accompaniment instrument, but also as a solo instrument.

I hope you'll like it !

Thank you to my dear friend Marc ROCHAT, talented accordionist, who provided me precious advices about the ways an accordion can be played. It allowed me to draw more life from my machines to created a vivid sound and interpretation.

Why bassists could not play with an echo* ? This is while I was solving this issue that I composed this instrumental Rock piece. 
I hope you'll like it !

*(FYI, the echoes of the bass interfere with the bassline you're playing and make the result messy. The solution ? Remove with a STEEP equalizer all frequencies under 200 Hz. You have the echo effect, without interferences in bass 😃)

Here is my new Progressive Rock track.
This time I wanted to compose, play, produce and record this 70’s/80’s inspired ProgRock piece but not at all costs.
I imposed myself strict limitations: 
-	I wanted the recording to reflect 4 musicians in the band, playing in real time : 1 drummer, 1 bassist, 1 guitarist and 1 Keyboardist with an Hammond B3 organ + a Minimoog synth. 
-	Not a 16 tracks recording with tons of processing to obtain the best of the best. No, only 4 tracks with only the sound that each musician produces, no addition of any kind with the console, just the mix of this (virtual) band, playing live.

My target was to compose a piece that could be played in live situation, with the exact same result and sound (or even better ! 😊)

I was working on my electric guitar, half with a screwdriver (to adjust it 😃) and half with a pick when I found this little piece that I treated in the Relaxation way with a jazzy bit.

n the spirit of jazz, I also made a nod to two famous French songs by evoking Charles Trenet (La Mer)  and Edith Piaf (Hymne à l'amour) in the last third of the piece.
I have followers who like France on the international sites where I broadcast my music 😊 I'm curious to see what they will get out of it... Since the movie "La vie en rose", Piaf must be more in the minds internationally… I don't know if Trenet is known across the Atlantic or in Asia...
