Halloween HYPE:  Part Fore

Once upon a time, there was a young up-and-coming hardstyle DJ named Leo The Prophet.  Leo was a passionate DJ who always made time for friends and fans, and slowly became known throughout the city of Chicago.  In May 2012, after a party he attended, he offered to help the hosts clean up in exchange for some bus fare back to his home in Joliet.  The host generously allowed Leo to stay at his house for the night, and a friendship was born.

The host favored Leo's heavily positive attitude, but told Leo that hardstyle wasn't the right path to take.  Casually, the host pulled out a handful of vinyl records and placed them on a set of tables in the corner of his room.  Leo closed his eyes and listened to the familiar sounds of deep house music thinking nothing of it.  As Leo listened, though, he found himself moved by the subtle yet very blatant bass lines and hypnotic drum beats; and after a few tracks, Leo had fallen in love with music all over again.

Now, four years later, Leo plays shows with both light and hard styles of music in mind, and can easily adapt to any situation spanning several different genres ranging from jazzy house sets up to stereo shattering drum n bass sets.  His live-for-today attitude ensures no show is ever the same, and his music selection is diverse enough to never recreate the same set more than once.
