(03) Nocturne No. 3 In B Major, Op. 9, No. 3

Armand Amar's latest release "Resist" is a mixture of excerpts from the soundtracks of Costa Gavras latest movie "Le Capital", Pierre Aknine's "State Crime" and some personal projects. A music like a crime story, like a thriller, full of suspense, imagination, but also quieter moments from "Inside his head". Electronic elements alternating with piano tunes, percussions with strings running like fire. The atmosphere of this album gives a far more intimate vision of Armand Amar's music than his previous soundtracks, being a perfect complement to them. The title "Resist" referring here to his particular style that the composer wishes to defend against fashion and time, willing to continue to explore his own worlds.
