Hearing Serena's new song "Stompa" really got me thinking, what could I possibly do to make this more upbeat, how could I mix her beautiful vocals in a uplifting Drum and Bass track? So I went away and spent a fair time creating this remix. I'm glad that I ended up changing the mood of the song as I intended and only used the vocals, some piano and guitar from the orignal, everything else is my own work! I hope you all like it!

Tapping up a raucous b-line and some real infectious 2step energy to boot, the Brighton beatsmith draws for a wonderfully repetitive female vocal hook that weaves teasingly into this primed UKG cut. The 2step movements are gradually phased out in favour of a more four-to-the-floor style, always retaining that signature Baloo funk and groove throughout.
