Don't spend so much time thinking about life, it's not worth it and it won't get you anywhere. It's like meditating, the thoughts will come, but you won't master them. Just ignore the thoughts. Happiness is in the present moment, which is the only thing that exists.

No matter how hard you try to make sense of your life, the meaning of human existence is not intelligible. Therefore, any reason you create for your life is merely the creation of your small, closed head.
