Deorro & Vikstrom team up for the festival primed anthem ‘DFTF’ 

Smash The House continue to set their stall out as purveyors of the highest quality dance music the scene has to offer, this time drafting in Deorro for his long overdue debut on the label alongside fresh talent Vikstrom for ‘DFTF’, an electro inspired anthem that is set to permeate the airwaves across festival fields and nightclubs throughout the summer. With prior offerings coming on labels such as Ultra, Dim Mak and Warner to name a few, the pair are experts in crafting sound, and ‘DFTF’ is proof, if any was needed, of their undoubtable prowess in the studio.
The track is full of expert production, lifted by a portamento pitched vocal that glides in the breakdown. The beat is teeming with ripping synths, as a plethora of diverse electronic elemenets weave through the track, complementing each other and forming a rich musical tapestery that ensures progression and interest throughout.

MATTN, FUTURISTIC POLAR BEARS AND OLLY JAMES TEAM UP ON THE MASSIVE ‘THRONE’

Smash The House have been in fine form in the past few months, with huge releases coming from the likes of label heads Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike alongside Hardwell, Bassjackers, KSHMR and MOGUAI to name a few. For the latest offering Smash The House draft in regulars MATTN, Futuristic Polar Bears and Olly James on ‘Throne’, a peak time bomb that is set to ignite crowds through the upcoming months. 

The track displays vintage delayed synth flutters from the off, while a filtered vocal telling fans to “get their hands up” is introduced, and the beat that ensues is guaranteed to do so. A rolling arpeggiated bassline fills the low end, while a roaring topline glides up and down in pitch around the track. Light plucks signify the main breakdown, before they evolve into an anthemic stadium-ready lead which builds towards the main drop.  The trio are no strangers to Smash The House, having had great success with previous releases on the labels and garnering support from the likes of Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Martin Garrix, Bassjackers and more, and the combination on ‘Throne’ is set to ensure another weapon in the Smash The House catalogue.

Cuebrick cranks it up a notch with the epic ‘Highlands’

Cuebrick, who has impressed with recent releases on labels such as Enhanced and Armada, makes his bow on Smash The House with ‘Highlands’, an anthem set to be heard throughout clubland in the coming months, and further enhance Cuebrick’s ever-growing reputation as a go-to for standout dance music.

The track’s title takes its name from the bagpipe style lead that is introduced early on in the track, which is backed up by celtic chanting vocals that combine well to set the tone. That makes way swiftly for progressive plucks that develop quickly into soaring big room melodies that continue into the drop, complemented by a pounding kick drum and crisp snares. 

While Cuebrick is a fairly new name in dance music, he has impressed during his short time, notably receiving accolades from the likes of Martin Garrix, Hardwell and ARTY, and with ‘Highlands’ that growing list of admirers is expected to continue to increase, as Cuebrick cements himself as a producer to look out for during the rest of 2018 and beyond. Sidney Samson returns to Smash The House for ‘Raveheart’ featuring fresh talent Vito Mendez

After a while away from the label, Sidney Samson is back on Smash The House with ‘Raveheart’, a peak-time cut which features a new addition to the Smash The House label roster, Vito Mendez, who has featured on a number of Smash The House line-ups recently, including recent Garden Of Madness show at Ushuaïa Ibiza alongside label bosses Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Nora En Pure and Kristian Nairn. 

The track is littered with tribal percussion from the beginning, staying true to Sidney Samson’s production style and ramping up the intensity from the off. The breakdown sees a vocoded vocal instructing fans to “put their hands in the air”, and that is a guarantee on the drop, as a whirring synth lead glides from note to note alongside a siren which is sure to get the party started.

Sidney Samson is no stranger to the dance music scene, and has seen his last few tracks, released on labels such as Musical Freedom and Warner Bros, receive support from the likes of Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Hardwell, Tiësto, W&W, Bassjackers and Blasterjaxx. His combination with bright young star Vito Mendez is set to prove fruitful for both artists, as they continue to stamp their mark on 2018.

Bassjackers and Wolfpack give ‘Zero Fs Given’ on their new release!

After a huge, off-the-richter 2018 already - two mega duos are back with a release ready to rock the dance scene. With Bassjackers sitting at number #30 on the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs Poll, the Dutch duo have become widely known for their raw and raucous EDM bangers that pull in over 2 million monthly listeners on Spotify and over 21 million streams on last year's track 'These Heights', whilst Wolfpack have had a whirlwind few years, now hitting #35 on the DJ Mag Top 100 and unleashing a tirade of anthems on Smash The House this year alone.
